Get the full experience! We use our modern designed stainless steel cart that can fit in with any theme or decor. Our table set up starts with a black floor length table cloth, stainless steel chaffing dishes, and a mixture of wood and white porcelain serving bowls. We provide plates, spoons, and napkins (clear cups when a beverage is purchased). Our uniformed staff is bi-lingual and will show up on time ready to cook! Same delicious tacos and entrees are prepared just prior to your event in our catering kitchen and transported to the event location in our insulated food pan carrier. Tortillas are warmed on site atop our commercial table griddle. This service includes full serving table presentation and 2 servers.
